These terms govern membership and use of Pedicrigra Workspace B.V. facilities at Herengracht 282, Amsterdam.
Membership
Membership types, fees, and minimum terms as stated in your signed agreement or online checkout. Prices exclude 21% BTW unless stated.
Access & Conduct
Members must follow house rules: respectful behaviour, no smoking indoors, no unauthorised guests in private offices. We may terminate membership for repeated violations.
Booking & Cancellation
Meeting rooms cancellable free up to 24 hours before. Hot desk and office cancellations require 30 days written notice unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Members responsible for personal belongings. Pedicrigra not liable for theft, data loss, or business interruption beyond mandatory Dutch law limits.
Insurance
Members advised to maintain own business insurance. We maintain building and public liability cover.
Changes
We may update terms with 30 days notice to active members. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes subject to Amsterdam courts.
